These kotletki we often enough do houses. They are easy in preparation and turn out very gentle. When I them have tried for the first time, I at all have not understood from what they are made, whether from fish, whether from meat. But cutlets were improbably tasty.
Structure:

Earlier we in a family had a small tradition – preservation to open after the first snow. But in last year we do not wait the first snowflakes. And this year not an exception
our crackling cucumbers became First-borns. I wish to share our recipe!
The recipe is calculated on 3 one-litre jar. Cucumbers to presoak at 5-6 o'clock in cold water. For marinade it is necessary in water from the first pouring to add 90 gr salts and 35 gr sugar – to finish to boiling (to boil 2 minutes) and to add 150-200 ml of vinegar. We go to bank.
